  4. Copy or download the grouped list for further research and editorial planning.

Prepare a keyword list for manual review

This tool is useful after combining notes, exports, or content ideas from multiple sources. It does not discover new keywords or provide search volume, difficulty, or ranking data. Its groups come from word frequency within your inputs, with selected common English words excluded from group selection.

Example: organize a gardening topic list

Phrases such as garden guide, small garden, and garden plants share the word garden and can form a useful starting group. Entries are assigned to a most-shared remaining word, with alphabetical tie handling. Review the groups yourself because similar wording does not always mean the same search intent.

Turn the list into a content plan

After cleanup, decide which phrases belong on one useful page and which need separate coverage. Avoid producing near-identical pages simply because the wording differs. Add your own research and knowledge of the audience before choosing page topics.

If your keywords came from Search Console, the Search Console CSV Analyzer can help inspect the exported performance rows. Use the Keyword Density Checker when reviewing repetition in an existing draft.
